THE STARKEY DETAILS
How much yummy food are we bringing!
On Average: (We always bring a bit more just in case to make sure everyone is fed well.) We do not comment to the guests at the event how much of a portion they get. We are not going to tell your guests how much they can eat! We will tell them which are appetizers though etc. Starkeys have never left their guests hungry! We cannot promise we will have extra to box up at the end of the night for you, but if we ever do then we will. You can choose from up to 3 different types of pizza, up to 3 different types of sushi rolls & one choice of salad from the options listed on our catering menu.
Our pizzas are 12” thin crust (neapolitan style) brick oven pizzas with 6 slices per pizza. Our pricing is based on approximatey 4 slices per person.

Our fresh salads are served family style - Classic Caesar or a Mixed Green Salad with seasonal vegetables & a raspberry walnut vinaigrette.
Starter & Sushi Roll Details
Our starter/appetizers include: 2 crispy rice balls per guest with a homemade sweet & sour sauce, 2 crispy wonton chips per guest with 2 servings of ahi poke. We average about 1 sushi roll per person (5-6 pieces).
Event Details
Our standard event price includes 2 hours of serving time. We set aside 4 hours on-site total, which includes an hour on each end of your event for set up and clean up. We supply all eco-friendly paper goods including plates, forks, knives, chopsticks, serving bowls and tongs. We also provide condiments for sushi, salads and pizza.
