We have used Starkey's to cater our company retreat for the last three years and have already booked them again for our next event! The food is fantastic, with a great variety of options for our group, and well priced for the amount of food you get. Five stars for Dave and his team at Starkey's, I highly recommend them!

It was so easy to get in contact with Rachel and Dave and coordinate. The food was amazing and all the guests kept saying so! I highly recommend them. The pizza and sushi were great for our outdoor wedding venue without a lot of formal seating!

We are so glad we were able to have Starkeys cater our event! We had a great experience from start to finish. They were easy to contact and it was a breeze choosing our menu and such. The food was off the charts and so fresh. The full line up was a huge hit!! Highly recommend the Great White pizza, Salmon roll, rice balls and poke! They even had gluten free pizza dough for our gluten free guests. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Dave & Rachel were so incredibly easy to work with on planning our event. They made an amazing impression with our clients at 2 separate locations. Dave is an amazing chef and his passion for food is on total display with a personality to match. Don't over think the pizza and sushi, it is an awesome experience. They took the time to accommodate the dietary needs of all of our clients (35 people). This was such an awesome and unique culinary experience and we would give it 10 stars if we could. Love you guys!

We're so lucky Starkeys had a cancellation and was able to serve our soft opening event with some absolutely delicious pizza. Dave and Rachel were awesome to work with from start to finish and you could tell they were loved in the community by the amount of attendees that knew them and their pizza! Would recommend to anyone! Thanks for everything!

Starkeys came to our Sugar Bowl graduation party, and the food and service was fantastic! We had 200+ people, and they got fed well! Thank you for making it so easy to enjoy our graduates and celebrate with them. (And, my daughter declared your pizza to be awesome - great crust)!

I was named Best Man for friends wedding. So when he asked me to organize his Bachelor Party in Truckee, I knew I had to come through with the goods on many fronts. Getting quality food for a group of mid to late 40 year olds isn't easy. But luckily I found Starkeys and I can honestly say everyone loved it. They combine pizza and sushi and it couldn't have been more tastier. Dave and his wife Rachel run a very organized operation. They were very up front with me on how everything works. Besides being good business people, they are quality family people also. I appreciate their work ethic and quality of service. If you have a party of 20 or more, I would highly recommend Starkeys for any sort of party or get together in the Truckee-Tahoe area. Thank you!

Starkey’s served late night pizza at our wedding last month at our very remote venue. Dave & his team did such a great job coordinating with us, our planner and venue to make sure everything was ready to go. We had some changes throughout the planning process and they were great to work with. They served up some delicious pizzas on our wedding night and we received lots of compliments from our guests. Highly recommend them for parties, weddings, events and more!

Starkeys Food Truck is always a favorite for events! My school has used them countless times for small to large celebrations and it is always a hit. I think Dave serves up some of the best pizza in town and the sushi never disappoints. Highly recommend!

Starkeys catered my 85 person wedding on Friday and it was a hit! Hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had, and my guests seemed to agree - I got so many compliments on the food throughout the night! They made the planning process so easy, were very communicative, and showed up the day-of with the biggest smiles! All my guests were served in crazy fast fashion as well! Definitely recommend them for your next event!

As a host to about 80-100 guests, the most compliments I received was about the food! Dave Starkey provided Pizza, Sushi and Caesar salad - sounds like a crazy combo, but it totally worked and everybody from 3 to 83 were so happy and satisfied! The food truck was awesome and my kitchen stayed clean - that's saying a lot for a big party! Thanks Dave and Rachel, you ROCK!

Starkeys Food Truck rocks! We hired them for a small, outdoor event. They were incredibly easy to work with and gave great advice on creating a menu. They arrived on time, ready to get to work serving amazing food to our guests. They were also very covid-compliant. I'm not gonna lie, we are pizza and sushi snobs - although we don't usually have it together. But hey, it's 2020 -anything goes, right? Both the pizza and sushi were fresh, flavorful and our friends are still raving about it. Thanks Starkeys for a great experience! We're already looking for another reason to bring you back in 2021!

We hired Starkeys to do our late night food for our wedding at West Shore Cafe in Tahoe and they did such an amazing job! They were so responsive throughout the planning process and were so flexible and accommodating to everything we wanted. Because we had such a large dinner and a lot of snacks throughout the night, we opted for just pizza and it was so delicious!!! There were a lot of different types of pizza and every single one of them was amazing! All our wedding guests loved the pizza. It was such a big hit and made our wedding night so much fun!
