A native of Baltimore, Maryland, Dave Starkey has over 25 years experience in fine dining. Upon graduating from the renowned Culinary Institute of Baltimore, Dave worked in & ran some of Baltimore's most prestigious kitchens.  In 1998 the pull of the mountains called to this avid snowboarder prompting a move to Lake Tahoe.  Dave's skill and enthusiasm for fine dining landed him a position as lead sushi chef where he honed his craft.  Seeking to expand his career and share his love of creative cuisines, Dave embarked on a new concept in mobile fine dining and created a wood fired pizza oven on wheels!!  Not content with serving an ordinary pizza experience and wanting to satisfy his loyal sushi loving followers, he kept his signature sushi and created a one of kind concept that has taken Tahoe by storm!!  Dave, his wife Rachel and their 2 children live in the Truckee area and truly embody the spirit of Tahoe.
